What to include
To help us find your order and answer in one reply, please include:
- Your order number, from your confirmation email or the order confirmation screen.
- The email address you used at checkout, if you're writing from a different address.
- The guide your question is about.
- A short description of what you need, such as a resent download link, a replacement file, or a refund.
Common requests
- Download email didn't arrive: check your spam folder first. If it's not there after an hour, email us and we'll resend the link. See the Delivery Policy.
- Refund: send your order number within 14 days of purchase. No reason is required. See the Refund Policy.
- File won't open: tell us what happens when you open it, and we'll send a replacement or a refund, whichever you prefer.
- Privacy requests: to access, correct, or delete your information, see the Privacy Policy.
